Appears to be a direct sample from the Montell Jordan a cappella. I can't find any evidence that it's been replayed, although it is possible with the replaying technology that is available these days. Although Montell Jordan gets a featuring credit which perhaps suggests a resung vocal (I assume that's why it's been submitted as a replay) it could just have been asked for as a condition of using the direct sample.
